Delivery

UK delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery typically taking 2–4 working days from dispatch.

International delivery

We ship to the US, Australia and beyond. International orders typically take 5–10 working days, with costs and exact timings calculated at checkout based on destination.

Returns & exchanges

Every Berry comes with our 30-day happy-hair promise. If it's not right for your family, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no fuss, no forms to hunt for.

To start a return, get in touch and we'll send you everything you need. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
