Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. 

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is free on every order.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same working day; orders placed after that, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as sale events.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a confirmation. Your confirmation will include tracking details from Royal Mail 48.

Order not arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 6 working days of dispatch, please get in touch at hello@brushberries.com and we'll help track it down. Royal Mail doesn't consider an item lost until 10 working days have passed, so we're unable to send a replacement or refund before then.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we'll always do our best to help.
